We have seen a rise in scams targeting Vuma Reach customers. Fraudsters are using clever tricks to steal your hard-earned money, so it’s important to stay alert.

Some scammers pretend to be from Vuma and ask customers to make payments into personal bank accounts. Please be careful – Vuma will NEVER ask you to pay into a personal account.

How to Protect Yourself

Pay only through secure channels:

Always use these safe payment options:

  • Online payments: Use the official prepaid payment link and online portal.
  • EasyPay: Pay with cash or card using your EasyPay reference number at selected stores.
  • Kazang outlets: Pay with cash or card using your EasyPay reference number at Kazang outlets.

Check before you pay:

If you are unsure about a payment request, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) directly to confirm.

Stay Safe

Always double-check before making a payment. If something doesn’t feel right, stop and ask for help.

Let’s work together to protect our community from fraud.
